Ashley has worked extensively in agencies both in the US and in London like Bartle Bogle Hegarty, on the board of Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO, and Crispin Porter + Bogusky. She headed up CP+B’s London office, supporting clients Burger King and Microsoft, before moving to Boulder to lead strategy on Burger King and American Express at the flagship. She was most recently the Chief Strategy Officer for BBDO ATL, where she successfully helped grow revenue and attract new accounts after years of decline.

Her experience includes foundational work on the globally recognized Johnnie Walker ‘Keep Walking’ campaign, Guinness and the 2006 Gunn Report Winner ‘noitulovE,’ on Burger King, including ‘Whopper Freakout,’’ and with American Express to design OPEN Forum for small business owners. She has also worked on numerous natural foods, big food, outdoor apparel, financial, and resort brands including most recently, Purina, Burt’s Bees and Made in Nature.

Ashley lives in Boulder, Colorado with her husband, a scientist, and her two kids, and enjoys cooking, reading, cycling and occasionally, being ironic.

Ashley’s work has been recognized by D&AD, the Effies, the IPA and APG.
